The Quarry Choristers

Since 1985, Sunday evening in Stonewall has been a time for a group of women to come together to sing, laugh and socialize. The group is known as The Quarry Choristers.

Over the years the Choristers have developed a wide and varied repertoire – folk, Broadway, contemporary, country and pop.

Originally performing throughout Manitoba at various festivals, choral fests, conventions and Christmas concerts — and even awarded the “Silver Medal” at the MusicFest Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1992 — in 1997, the Choristers went in a new direction – Dinner Theatre! We haven’t looked back!

We are a not-for-profit organization whose proceeds are returned to the wider community through donations. Our dinner theatre is held the first two weekends in May and has become a favourite outing for groups far and wide. A delightful evening includes several sets of fabulous musical entertainment, interspersed with a gourmet buffet meal. We thank the Quarry Park Heritage Arts Centre, where the show is held, for their ongoing commitment and support.
